It absolutely does. The Supreme Court stated this back in 1896 in Wong Wing V. United States (163 U.S. 228, 238): ""[A]ll persons within the territory of the United States are entitled to the protection guaranteed by" the Fifth and Sixth Amendments).

any spinoff that doesn’t collectively include Macht, Adams, Torres, Hoffman and Rafferty is doomed to fail. “Pearson” is an example of this, canned after just one season.
