Bought land in Africa £5,000... Today valued at £20,000 after 3 years. Invest back home

We bought land in Malawi 3 years ago, it was still a farmland at almost £5,000, now could easily be sold at £20,000 minimum.
We are not going to sell though, just to share our little adventure with the diaspora.
