Such important information here, Shaz, and I LOVE that you regularly remind us of the absolute necessity of sunscreen EVERY, SINGLE, DAY. Like you say, there is no point in spending time money and work into good skincare and not protecting 'the investment'.

Hey Shaz! Happy New Year! I feel like I do a lot. But.. I will say, my skin is pretty darn good at 39. I agree. You've got to have a physical exfoliant, a chemical exfoliant, a retinol, a good moisturizer, a vitamin c, and a sunscreen. Period. That would be my suggestion to anybody at least over the age of 25 if you want to maintain good skin elasticity, clarity, and overall brightness/fine lines. I love anything you film. ha! Hugs.🥰☺

Happy New Year!!!!! Thank you for sharing your skincare routine. My skin was oily when I was young and now I'm old with dry skin. Never a happy medium but whatever your skin type, you do need to exfoliate.
