I prefer building off business activities. Also consider a charge card for those regular expenses

Aren’t you concerned with charging over the usual 30% dept to income ratio thereby getting a negative reporting ?

No because I aim to pay in full and don't look to carry the debt

Always be careful to not spend more than 30% of a credit card limit so you don’t wreck your credit trying to earn max points

Shouldn't be carrying the debt regardless. Prefer charge cards for that. Takes discipline for sure.
