Karl, a notary in Italy is a public official of some sorts. Not a lawyer. It’s always best to go through a real estate agent seeing as they have relationships with notary’s and also help in the buying process . Any buyers will need to obtain a codice fiscale(Italian tax ID number) important to mention for next video.. seeing as it pertains to taxes, utilities and banking. They are free of charge. Get at your local Italian consulate in country you live. Also real estate agent fees are cheaper than lawyers. During closing, any foreign buyer must have three translators present at closing and pay a stamp tax. Karl if you need more info on this hit me up..

In reference to the coin carts, many retailers in Europe have those.In the states, I've only seen those at Aldi's and Lidl's. They are grocery stores based out of Germany.

Actually I spent 5 months in Medellin last year and found it to be a pathetic city. It's a cesspool full of heartless, soulless thieves who will murder you for 2 pesos. And before anyone say it's all about how you move, that's some BULL. The moment you step off the plane there's a target on your back because you're a foreigner. You can't trust ANYBODY. There is always a ulterior motive and it usually consists of robbing you. I was "gringo priced" by a Dentist, barber, tailor, food vender, landlord just about everyone I did business with. And the ladies where all, the ones I met, beautiful but brainless. All icing but no cake. They have very limited social skills, regardless of there age they communicate like 1 year old girls. The country is absolutely beautiful but when you put boots on the ground is very dangerous and disappointing. Not a place I would advise anyone to visit, the risk far outweigh the rewards. And before you say I was chasing the wrong women, I wasn't there for Drugs, Sex and Alcohol. I was looking for an amazing quality of life. But if I really expressed who I am with my luxury lifestyle I'm use to I probably would have been kidnapped, robbed and murdered... #justonemansexperience

I have a love/hate relationship with Brazil. It’s one of the greatest worst countries in the world. Just saying, going to Brazil for holiday or to live there permanently are two very different things. I wouldn’t suggest moving to Brazil if you actively have to work there. If you are retired it’s another thing. Making money in Brazil is EXTREMELY hard as a foreigner unless you manage to make money online. Salaries are low, expectations are low. Cost of life got way more expensive due to inflation, crime rate went up due to the rising cost of life. Bureaucracy is infinite and scams are rampant, and that’s not even talking about the possibility of being robbed or killed over a phone or a motorbike. I love Brazil, but it’s better in small doses than being there full time. RIP Yusef, we had very interesting conversations.

I came across your vid. Congrats btw! After watching this, i have to rewind because i thought i missed the part of the living room. Though there's none, i think this can be decorated like those box tight condos. Never mind that, however I have some apprehensions on the stairs esp the spaces on the initial steps and the one leading to the bathroom which can either be a source of complaints by picky Airbnb-ers or accidents. There are many ways to remedy those by extending the width of the steps to cover the space, removing one upper step to avoid ones head hitting the ceiling and expanding the front doorstep of both bedroom and bathroom. I used to own a rental and i always prioritise safety. On the side, I can see the kitchen walls painted with countryside themed murals to add sentimental value instead of solid colors, just my 2 cents. Ciao!

Just an observation in the bedroom, the mirror above the bed looks a bit lost, a larger rectangular one placed horizontally will look more pleasing to the eye. Also, the bedside tables should be closer to the bed. Love the color scheme in the bedroom. Hope this helps. Watching from Cape Town South Africa, love and light to you
