So what I see from the clip of this extremely beautiful song is that she left him after he cheated on her. She didn't catch him really in that moment with the new lady looking at the house of Angela's dream, but she had a moment of clarity in which all she could see another person taking over her dream man and dream house. He then tried to walk her back to the beginning, through all those happy times they had together, trying to convince her not to let go. She was too heart broken and disappointed to even stay in the same room as him, and then left forever.
so heartbreaking :(
