      @@AngeloGiles I'll go one better - I actually wrote the first comment BEFORE I installed the lights in my RAV. The new lights arrived in the late afternoon, I had enough light so I re-watched the video, went out and in about five mins installed the LEDs - it would have been shorter than 5 mins but you were right, the light on the right was harder to deal with; not impossible, just in an awkward position relative to the other pieces of equipment that was there, so I had to move around a bit, scratched myself up some, which was in total contrast to the light on the left which took a little over a min to remove and install the new bulb (the hardest part of this was getting the old bulb out of the electrical outlet it sits in.) Bottom line, this video made it happen for me, reduced the cost of this from what I'm sure would be close to $100 if I had taken it in somewhere to simply the cost of the new bulbs, which was around $38. Thanks!

    Thanks for the video - This is the one I was looking for.
    Any reason why you recommended 'Cooler Tone LED Headlights' than the one used in the video.
    Some of reviews for 'Cooler Tone LED Headlights' mention that
    1) They get yelled by the cops as these LED lights are not Department of Transportation (DOT) approved for use as a headlight.
    2) Fahren Customer Service Centre does not recommend usage of these lights for daytime running lights and that it will injure the system and the bulbs.
    Looking for reasons on why you recommended Cooler Tone.

    • @AngeloGiles
      @AngeloGiles  Před 2 lety

      Glad you enjoyed the video, the main reason I said for people to try out the cooler tone one's are because they're more of a white blue crystal, rather than the bright white, basically depends on your preference of how you'd want your headlights to light up the road.
