Getting to drive my second Honda Accord, this is a sport model with the 1.5L turbo engine!
Very Impressive sedan, as I expected, great ergonomics, plenty of power and torque, smooth cvt transmission and very good handling. It drives impressively well with very nice low end torque of the line and has plenty of power for daily use. Really liked the interior, very well designed and out together, feels elegant and sporty at the same time. Really excellent sedan from Honda, impressive package and very competitively priced.
Want to give a Big Thank You to Bartow Ford and Randy Siebenaler for the opportunity to drive this Accord. Here is their info if you would like to contact them:

This 2022 Accord Sport has just 620 miles, so it's pretty much brand new.
As of this writing its still available at Bartow Ford, asking price is $32,995
I think its a great price, the Camry TRD I reviewed was $38k used as well and had more miles on it and was pretty bare bones inside in terms of features and amenities. This Accord feels more elegant and looks much better in my opinion.

I've had mine for two weeks. Same specs. Love it!
Love this Accord, really not feeling the 2023 and no more 2.0L !
@@petersautovlog how much did u ended up paying I’m trying to purchase one
I just bought the 2.0 2022 I had a 18 1.5 but lacks power for my liking but economical
I bought the 2022 2.0 Touring turbo in white and we love it. can't wait to start enjoying the ride
Love the 2.0L engine and the Accord looks awesome in white ! Congrats on your purchase!
@@petersautovlog thanks! Enjoying the ride so far and I got to say it does put a smile on my face everytime and even more once I put it into sport mode,, it turns into a different beast. lol
I'm planning on buying one of these in all black this coming week.
I just did
I got it for 29k yesterday.
Well it's absolutely beautiful and fan to drive i had mine for three month and I love it 👍
Yes really enjoyed the Accord, fantastic sedan!
Disappointed in some of the missing features (compared to EXL): no rear seat vents, no memory settings for driver 1/driver 2, no satellite radio (and poor sounding AM/FM commercial radio), no blind spot warning, no sun roof.
Those aren't "missing features". The car was intentionally built this way and if you want those features, go for the higher trim.
@@nissan_skyline when I leased my car, current year/brand new EXL was not available in the tri-state area - otherwise I would have picked that trim as I had been for the past several leases.
Almost 40k is crazy high for the 1.5. I bought the 2021 2.0T for 33K. They wanted 27k for the 1.5. I'm so glad I got mine when I did now.
...I bought the 2022 Sport 2.0T in Black and love it... To me the extra spent on the 2.0 with 10 speed auto is really worth it, I feel the engine will be much more reliable and it's so quick and fun to drive, too bad they took away this option in the 2023...
Absolutely, hope they will bring back the 2.0L in a Type R or something similar in the near future. Thank You for watching!
I heard yu shouldn't use spirt mode unless yu know how to use the paddle shifters
Will try next time I get my hands on one!
if you hold a padde while in sport mode, it will actually be auto in sport mode, no manual shifting required. The cvt will also not let you make too many bad shifts. I usually just keep it in sport auto, thats been fun
Does this accord model suffer from the dilution of oil mixing with gas or is it fixed for this year 22?
Interesting issue, did not know it they suffered from this problem. Got research to see if its been addressed.
@Peter's Autovlog Yes I heard the 1.5T have problems and they had to replace some engines, so the best bet is the 2.0T , way more reliable.
