This video helped convince us to buy in Del Tura...we close in June!
Congratulations, we're so happy for you!
That’s my son in whom I am very proud!!
Ive visited deltura about 20 times now, great place, and even greater people
What a great place, simply amazing and beautiful. Is there good social activities?
That beach in the beginning was not North Ft Myers.
I loved this del turo tour .Do you have anything similar to this place . Getting ready to retire and would like to view more tour's of other places in Florida
Have you done videos like this of the other 36 parks you visited? I cannot find any others and seem to be having a problem accessing your other content ☹
Enjoyed the tour. Thinking about retirement and the affordability of manufactured homes has me curious. What was your overall takeaway on Del Tura? Looked really nice. We’ve been to two manufactured home communities so far (55+) and we’re intrigued with what we saw. May have to make a trip to this one. Thanks for the video!
Hi Jane. The thing we liked about DT was that every house had a garage, and that there were nice sidewalks throughout. The only other mfg community we visited with garages was Pine Lakes (next door to Del Tura). It's a beautiful place worth checking out, as is its sister community, Lake Fairways. PL home prices are a bit less than DT but the rents are higher once you include the pass-thru. (The cheapest rent in PL was as much as the most expensive rent in DT, although PL lots were much larger in size.)
The 4 parks we visited in Ft Myers are adjacent to each other (DT, PL, Lake Fairways, Tara Woods) are some of the most beautiful we've seen. DT probably had the best amenities.
My son and daughter-in-law are in FL using up their fixer-upper. That is all I know, and they are excited, I am proud of them as well as my other sons. I pray I can live long enough to see them all retire!
