Despite the missing of the video of the actual spotify session, i really want to say this: I got the pleasure of cooking for these guys when they were touring europe with while she sleeps in january last year. These guys are so much more than the band they are. I have cooked so many meals, for so many artists, but these guys were special. And not because the whole travel party ate vegan (which i saw as a interesting challange), but because of the attitude of the whole travel party. I hardly ever met so many people feeling like one big family. They are genuine and gratefull for every step they take on this earth. The touring life, the recording life, missing home, you name it. Sorry for the long ass comment, just wanted to say this. These guys are fucking legends and i wish them nothing but the best. I hope to meet them again soon. Cheers to everyone who read this. Peace X
Bobbelman That’s a wonderful story :)
I've saw them during their tour and you could just tell they were so greatful to still be going after losing Tom.
Yeah, we're going to need video of the sessions released, ahem.
The dynamic between Sam and Dan during this particular interview is so similar to the dynamic between Sam and Tom in previous interviews it's uncanny. Wonderful
This what happed when you're more happier with the log footage straight from camera, instead of grading it😁😁
Just amazing guys!! Amazing band!! Love them
so, where is the video of the session ? ...
Thiiiisss ^^^
Already demoing songs for the next album? You love to hear it
I absolutely can not wait to see you guys in Houston, Texas in May!
This was fun. Sad that they dont wanna enjoy Heartburn or An Open Letter to Myself tho!
I see what he's saying not getting too far with the raw stuff, but IMO a few of the Dillinger-esque moments on Nightmares would round out their records a little more. I wish they didn't totally discard that style of music.
Sam had said, if i understood him right, that "no other band has gone through what they have" does he mean about losing a member/brother to cancer or losing a band member in general? If it's losing a member in general then he's forgetting about Metallica losing Cliff. It took them 17 years to finally work through it. Plus All That Remains just lost their lead guitarist, Huntress lost their singer
