Gonna copy my thoughts on this video from discord to here, warning, it's real nitpicky(hopefully not in a negative way): first off, dusters with wood costs are actually slightly more expensive to upgrade with than basic first gen gear, even despite the generic paper cost. Doesnt really matter when you get enough money though.
Second off, just to confirm, as someone who has perfected blades ultimate, ultimate version of cloud zero and fury blades ultimate all at 99* that perfected and fury are basically equal, with cloud zero only being slightly worse because of durability. Perfected blades have a small amount of extra damage and a small amount of lost durability compared to fury so it's really anyone's choice what they go for.
You mentioned how you think you can only level 2 attributes(strength dexterity agility etc) but that's not true. My long hair eren has reached max in 4 stats with 120 in health as well while my levi has max in 5 stats. What probably happened in your clip was that because you were in the tr training grounds, you probably had 2 teammates each boosting one of those stats by one, thus showing 140 in tr, but 139 in each when in the another mode menu.
That's about it, I like this video and the links are a very friendly thing to add, as well as the very nice dump of the most helpful camaraderie skills in the description as well.
If I weren't subscribed already this would definitely have been the tipping point. And finally, how do golden drops only cost 100 for you in the another mode shop? Its 500 for me
Thank you for the feedback and corrections! I'll post this here as well for CZcams. The lower cost for Golden Drops might have to do with Merchant Association, a skill you get for maxing friendship with the Merchant in story mode. I wasn't sure about the skills since they kept lowering for my Eren, even on co-op in lobbies, but that's a good explanation as well. I'll be sure to keep that in mind.

Always yet Elimination Bounty from Kitz. You can use that to farm max gold drops in TRM Eden mode, which you can use almost all the skills simultaneously on your custom.

Honestly? The damage I do now has gone up since this video. Max gear and max strength along with some skills can make you a god of destruction

@@mh20084 You may have to reinforce your gear and play through Territory Recovery. TR gives you more Awakening Points that you can use to boost your character's stats

So my character can’t be as strong as a character like eren because we can’t boost its stats with the skill points right ?
Do you got a guide on like what to do to be able to progress in inferno mode? Because im stuck on one of the levels with the tower and beast titan and the farthest I got was to fight the beast titan and I only got that far once but still lost and how are you moving that fast and well in the game and its not letting me use my rainbow drops gear I only could for my sword
There's a section that covers Inferno in my AOT2 Territory Recovery Guide: basically, you'll have to look at what gear you're using, and make sure you've got it upgraded as much as you can.

As for moving fast, my stats have been maxed through Awakening Points.
How to reinforce with firearms i mean wat weapon should i buy
I'd just reinforce with the standard firearms. They seem to be cheapest. I don't use firearms that much unfortunately

The mid-air gas swap skill is something I unlocked from the Territory Recovery mode. To unlock it, you need to level up Camaraderie/friendship between Young Keith and Hange to level 3.
I'm working on a video atm that better goes over that mode that should be up hopefully soon.

It's cheaper to use First Gen blades for reinforcement. You can buy the statement of deployment from the materials shop and it's a thousand cheaper

If you've completed campaign, you'll have to select Annie in Another Mode, go to her skills, and activate the Titan Transformation Skill. It'll replace the Battle Alerts
I run out off gas so fast when im fighting tips any tips
Dexterity controls the durability of gas and blades. Improving your character’s Dexterity, along with any skills that save gas, like “Gas Saver” should help.

You can find it in Another Mode by the tents where you spawn in. Custom characters can't be given awakening points.

It won't, no. Those kinds of skills are for custom characters. With regular characters, you'd need to use awakening points to level up their stats

They're rare drops late game. You can get them with "recruit volunteers".

Is it worth playing using My Character? I noticed that he "got" a lot weaker on the lower part of the board in territory recovery mode. It's not that fun for to take too long to kill a pure titan. Is there a way to make him stronger?

It does. Once you've used Awakening Points, they'll carry over anywhere

I’m just wondering, when should you start playing Inferno mode? To be perfectly honest I’m quite intimidated by it, I’ve 100% completed character episode mode and regular story mode too. Should I start playing inferno mode now? Or should I focus on beating territory recovery mode first or playing Another mode? I just don’t know what I should go for after completing regular story mode and character episode mode.
I would say the choice is yours. When I got AOT2, Final Battle wasnt out yet, so I hopped right into Inferno mode after Story mode. I think you'd be good to do Inferno. You can do Territory Recovery if you want to build up your characters a little early

I want to train my own character max her skills but there is a lock on the skill that says its already maxed, but its not even 90. is there a way to unlock that or the game doesnt let you max the skills on your own character?? help please :(((
As far as I'm aware, the only way to max the skills on your own character out would to be to max your character's camaraderie with everyone else in Territory Recovery, since they can't get Awakening Points.

Hopefully someone responds to this but I’ve been trying to figure this out for awhile now anything will help tbh, but how do you get/equip skills on characters (such as zeke) that he doesn’t get from just leveling up like friendship? I saw a video and was like what?
They are called free skills and are unlocked through territory recovery mode by getting your camaderie with specific characters to certain levels. For example to get wings of freedom unlocked for every character you have to get max rank 5 camaderie between Zeke and Levi. Go to Google and type territory recovery aot 2 and click the steam link i think its the third one. Its a list of all the skills
how to do that dashing punch when you're titan? is that skill or is it a skill or am I stupid xd
The dashing punch is done by pressing Space and then immediately left clicking. When done right, it should send you a bit forward with a stronger attack. Follow that up by repeatedly punching and you've got a wombo combo

@@dodoxplayer923 I was playing it earlier and I got the right inputs now. You have to press W, and then press space and left click at the same time. So you'll be running for a little bit, and then jump and punch at the same time

@@King_zobra There is a skill you can get called "Wings of Hope" which gives you Wings of Freedom by cutting a Titan's limbs. You unlock it by achieving Rank 5 Camaraderie with Mikasa and Eren (Long Hair)

@@King_zobra You can get him in the War Room at the Wings of Fredom shop under "Recruit Volunteers". However, depending on how many characters you have unlocked, it'll be a bit of a dice roll as to whether or not you get him
how do you use action skills like mid air blade swap and others?
After unlocking them in Territory Recovery, you have to select them in your character's skill list.
For example, mid air blade swap:
Once it's unlocked and enabled, you just have to be in the air and hit the button/key that replenishes your blades.
What items do i use to reinforce the dusters? Also do i use the first generation scabbard and odm gear and what scabbard and gear will i have to use in order to upgrade the first gen scabbard and gear?
The duster thing from what I've learned from another comment, is actually more expensive to upgrade with. So I would reinforce whatever blade you choose with a standard blade, and the same for ODM and Scabbard
How do I kill the abnormal titans as a shifter fast tho?
It's all in the strength of your character. The stronger your character's strength stat is, the faster you take down titans.
how do you get perfected blade ultimate?
You'll need to play through Eden mode in Territory Recovery to get Scarlet Drops for Perfected Blades. You could also buy them at the wings of freedom shop, but Territory Recovery is a lot faster.

As far as I understand, you need to level the camaraderie between the character that has the skill and your custom character. That’s how you are able to use different character skill on any character, level the camaraderie for them. But again maybe I am wrong since I started playing not too long ago.
What is the best mission in inferno mode to grind for max perfected gear without final battle. Who all do I need to upgrade to get max strength? I currently only have Mikasa and Levi who else do I need to get it I have also maxed out all training. And I am max level for my character and I only have 76 strength. Thank you for your time if you reply to this. Sorry for this other question but what is the best scouting mission for large titan armor fragments? Ominous titan crystal and colossal titan crystal? And large titan fang this all is what I need for the perfected set. Also is it even worth grinding max friendships for skill points can you just get them in final battle?
It's been a long time since I've gotten perfected gear (before final battle released), but I do remember that some of the best missions to farm Titan crystals on are "True Name", and the DLC missions "Discouragement and the Leaning Tower" and "Second Victory".
Without Final Battle, Mikasa and Levi are the best characters in the game, but Levi is a bit stronger. Your custom character can also be good, but if you do get final battle, the custom character unfortunately becomes redundant as you can earn every skill in the game (Even more skills than you can with the custom character) through Territory Recovery mode.
Unfortunately, you cannot use Awakening points on your character like you can the others. I would, however, recommend maxing out friendships if you want to unlock some pretty good gestures you can use in multiplayer. It's completely optional though.
Final Battle's camaraderie system is a lot better than the friendship system in the main game though. It levels you and everyone on your team up, granting everyone skill points and awakening points in the process, so I wouldn't say it'd be worth grinding friendship for skill points in the main game when it can be done a LOT faster and easier in Territory Recovery.

You can change your character in TR mode by going to "Organize Developed Squads" and switching out the "Player character".
Awakening Points are used by going to either the training grounds in TR or in the main area of Another mode. There should be an icon of a web on the mini map. Once you find it, go to "Special Training" and select a stat you want to upgrade.
Additionally, you can use Wings of Freedom for Awakening Points via "Latent Skill Development"

Camera speed is how fast you can look around, and sight camera speed is how fast you look around when you're performing a sneak attack on a Titan
Can this work on your own character which is not in the anime
Only the parts about upgrading your weapons. Unfortunately, Awakening Points are exclusive to canon/anime characters

Yes, cloud zero is one of the strongest blades in the game, fury blades and perfected blades have slightly better durability than cloud zero, but the three are basicly the same so pick wich ever you want to use the most

That's odd, because I have friendship maxed with everyone on main story mode but not on inferno, yet I can still do inferno/eden for Territory Recovery.
I maxed out friendships with everybody by the time I started playing TR, so that might be the case.

And one more thing, this might sound dumb but for wings of freedom how do you time it so well and effectively because when i use it im too slow most of the time when I literally spam y when connecting with thr first attack and sometimes using it

I’ve gotten Armin to 140 strength but he still can’t do over 100,000 attack?? Is there anything else I can do to improve him, because he’s my favourite and I really like playing as him but he’s getting so pummelled on these inferno missions
I would look into certain skills like Blade Art, Devotee, and About Titans. Max reinforcing your blades as well hugely benefits your strength.

Okay so I’ve been thinking about final battle and I need to one specific answer to my question WITHOUT spoilers. Does final battle get rid of the custom character entirely or are there some loop holes? Hopefully someone answers this. No spoilers for the story please.
It gets rid of the custom character entirely, but you can still use them in Territory Recovery/Another Mode

This guide works for all platforms AOT2 is on so long as you have the Final Battle DLC.

How for step 2 how do you do your own character
Custom characters sadly aren't compatible with awakening points
@cap just a quick question what is the best way to farm colossal kristals and also do u have to unlock Erwin somewhere to find him in tr right now I completed noth normal and inferno and I’m almost done with eden and I never saw him on the map
Erwin can be unlocked using the recruit volunteers option by talking to the guy on the right hand side in the War Room
Colossal Crystals can be farmed on "Nameless Hero" and "Second Victory"

How do you get awakening points and get your characters to 140 strength and stuff
You can get Awakening Points in Camaraderie in Territory Recovery and through spending Wings of Freedom points. There is a person you can talk to in another mode who has the stat web as an icon on the mini map. As for Territory Recovery, you'll have to choose one character max out Camaraderie with every other character.
Example: If Eren's Camaraderie with everyone is 5, you'll get a lot more awakening points.
How can you have alot of skill for character?
For more skill points, you'll need Territory Recovery. You'll need to improve Camaraderie with other characters/get Golden Drops in Eden mode.
For skills, you can earn them through certain Camaraderie levels in TR.
Awakening Points can also be obtained with Camaraderie or using Wings of Freedom and are used for boosting a character's stats, hence why my Eren has 140 strength, health, etc.

TR Missions can be played co-op in Another Mode. Sadly, it's the only way you can play it
Another Mode doesn't have Eden difficulty either, so the cap is inferno
If I upgrade a character and then use that character as a buddy does it use the upgraded stats?
Not from what I've found, no. Buddy strength is determined by your character's strength/leadership.
When using Bertholdt as a buddy for Eren, he's able to wipe an entire area clean in higher inferno difficulties, but if I were to play Bertholdt (He has 140 strength like my Eren), he only badly damages them.

Yeah. Unfortunately, almost everything that boosts a character's strength way beyond its limits is in Final Battle

In Another Mode. Behind you when you spawn in, there's a person you can talk to with an icon above their head. The icon should have a web in it.

Online name is tied in with Steam. For console ports, I'm not too sure. Skill points you can buy with Golden drops in the Wings of Freedom shop, earned through upgrading camaraderie, or rewarded on Eden mode in Territory Recovery

@@Gurdaa13 Skill points aren't exactly like awakening points in the sense that you apply them to your character. When you get skill points, it increases the maximum amount of skills you can equip. It's sort of like like increasing inventory space in Resident Evil or Minecraft, allowing you to have more skills equipped than before.

My personal character I haven't put much effort into compared to Eren. While Id id give my custom character max strength, he still gets carried by my perfected 99+* Blades
Mine can do 999999 crits, so yeah.

@@huauua5414 Yes, it's A TON of grinding. The personal character I use now I just cheated SP to max so I can use all the the skills, I did grind that on my first character but I lost the save and I'm doing that shit again. My str is 117 ( all stats are over 100 ) and I use the perfected ultimate set with 99* or the Fury ultimate with 99*. Then just pop a that blue flare that gives you more damage. You can also use the base that gives you more damage but I don't need to, just need the flare.

Who’s the best character?
Hard to say. Territory Recovery can make anybody viable, but specifcally... I'd say a tie between Eren, Annie, and Zeke. Their titans are perfect for close range, and all the skills combined with Awakening Points and Titan Transformation makes for a devastating combo.

@@knaapz1300 For best weapon, I'm honestly not sure. I just use 99*+ stock blades, scabbard, and ODM gear. For Eren, I've maxed out strength, dexterity, agility, and health. Leadership and Concentration aren't as important, so you can dump any leftover skill points into them.
