Lunalight Blue Cat, Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi and World Legacy Guardragon are decent cards. Masterful Sun Mou is pretty cool if you get other ancient warriors.
Blaster is a crazy pull. A fire dragon deck would be preferable for him, since you can pitch him and a dragon to pop a card, then use World Legacy Guardragon to bring back the dragon you discarded, and maybe make a rank 4 or synchro.
Unfortunately, the only level 4 fire dragon that I can think of on the spot is Flamvell Grunika. He used to carry for me. But friendship with fire dragons ended long ago, now Kragen is my friend.
