I had a bayerock dragon in my masochist deck for quite some time too but in my experience the 2300 body is just not big enough for a kind of specific summoning condition :(

You should definitely duel every NPC. Every character gives you 3 duelpoints for defeating him the first time, but only 1 point for the replays and you will need every point. Search the city for every NPC before going on with the story. Some of them are resetting later in the game, others you can not duel later anymore so make sure to don't miss anybody.. And save as often as you can. You're losing every wins you don't save AND your life points will only resest to 8000 by saving (on the other hand it is possible to start with more than 8000 life points by using cards that pimp your life points in one duel and not saving before the next). Later in the game you will have to use the field bonus for your advantage, counter your enemys monsters with type advantage (you will have to adjust your game for every major duelist for that) and you will have to swap out some cards for useless ones with zero costs, so your deck capacity is enough for the cards with heavier costs and then just replay 'till you're lucky enough to not draw into the useless ones. Also, add cards that increase the atk points of other cards, that can split into two or the ones you can just throw away to revive themselves on tthe field (that vampire guy, the dark flare knight and Ra) That's how i managed to beat the game (without even knowing about the Ra code), so it's definetly possible. It starts off tame, but it will be soon become almost unplayable without playing tactical. Good luck.

Resheif of destruction is almost kind of like a weird twist on the forbidden memories except without poly all you can get to do is tribute summon trap card ritual summon to ritual summon etc...

Oh and for a while use the ritual spell or trap cards if you ever consider wanna ritual summon certain monster cards magician of black Chaos relinquished etc...

And when dueling with the rare millennium item hunters make sure to learn about each of theire decks and anti up a card so you can get a good card from them too bad they didn't have a cool system thing you could have done if you had a saved data from the sacred cards

Keep dueling Tristan over and over and then when you get really good you can duel against duke devlin use anti cards too

When i was a kid I spent hours and hours wandering around looking for where to go, couldn't figire it out and just gave up completely.

Been a yugioh fan since day 1. I watched all the original shows as well as when the first cards came out, starter deck yugi and kiaba, i literally begged my mom to buy them when they first hit the shelves on day 1. It was massively popular and I wish it were to regain some of its popularity. I think it can if Konami were to treat it like pokemon is treated. Make the cards more sought after and make it into a big deal. Make ycs feel like a real tournament. Make it a must attend like pokemon does

its kinda weird, this game was way too easy and reshef was way too hard, although i actually prefered reshef, its pretty boring if you win every game without trying. also it wasnt that impossible to beat it was still fun for me, also it had pretty good music. and reshef is set up in a way that the only way to beat it is to actually use the god cards, its pretty much impossible to beat the final boss without them, which makes the game pretty anime which i enjoy. in sacred cards you dont really have to use them to beat the game since its so easy anyway.

Too bad after you beat the game you don't get to save it and you give all your god cards back

I remember running all the exodia pieces, blue eyes, and god cards in my final deck. What really saved me was thousand eyes restrict to suck up one of Mariks cards to win back in the day. This was a nice series to watch, Ill have to figure out a way to play it for stream sometime

Hello. Would you be interested in a modded version of this game and its sequel, Reshef of Destruction? I made rebalance mods for the two. TSC's ups the difficulty, Reshef's makes the game much more fair but still challenging.

I remember playing this a lot. There was a strategy that I used to do where if I was having difficulty fighting someone, I would restart the game, go defeat Tristan, and then try again because fighting someone before rematching after a force restart would change the deck shuffle of both my and my opponents deck.

I knew about this game yesterday and got it immediately was thinking about building swordcraft deck because of the legendary card Albert he is one of my favourite cygames characters I may use some of the cards you mentioned so ty :)

Lunalight Blue Cat, Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi and World Legacy Guardragon are decent cards. Masterful Sun Mou is pretty cool if you get other ancient warriors. Blaster is a crazy pull. A fire dragon deck would be preferable for him, since you can pitch him and a dragon to pop a card, then use World Legacy Guardragon to bring back the dragon you discarded, and maybe make a rank 4 or synchro. Unfortunately, the only level 4 fire dragon that I can think of on the spot is Flamvell Grunika. He used to carry for me. But friendship with fire dragons ended long ago, now Kragen is my friend.

When Bakura says TRPG, it should be TTRPG for Table Top Role Playing Game like Dungeons & Dragons, since those were kinda Bakura's thing though I don't know if it really gets brought up outside of maybe season 0.

You might want to fix up the title. Also, MGR reference detected, opinion accepted. And I wish they made more games in this style, full-on RPG but with yugioh duels. I know the 5D's championship games are spiritual successors of the concept, but I kinda prefer the more pixelated ones.
