you should try a back extension roll connected to a back handspring on the high beam! i am currently trying to figure out how to do it, cuz I can kinda do the back extension roll and I can do a back handspring but putting them together is hard and its mentally hard to go for it and it would be nice and helpful to see someone else attempt it!

Sorry this comments is so long, I'm not a bot or an advertisement, but I do hope you will read it, as I am hoping to learn more about gymnastics to add some gymnastics content to a book I'm writing.
I worked within a mental health facility, mostly working with pre-teens, adolescences, and to a lesser degree adults. I was part of a team that helped people overcome various mental health problems, addictions, traumas, suicidal ideation, and various other mental health issues.
I noticed many of the adolescences, and adult patients enjoyed reading books to pass the time. Discussing various books and stories with the patients, I'd often mention one of my own stories, that at the time, I hadn't started writing yet, called Aeowyn Unexpected Achievements, a Romantic Teen Drama.
The adolescent girls unit, known as the "Dandelions Unit" kept asking me to tell them more and more about the Aeowyn story, which eventually prompted me to begin writing the Aeowyn series of books.
Why the comment? I'm currently writing a chapter that includes gymnastics, and was hoping to learn more about it, to provide a better more accurate description of the sport, within the chapter.
