Winning will take care of all of that.

Look Bottom Line is as a kid I can vividly remember back in the late Devaney and early Osborne years if you booed the opponent the old folks all around you would give you dirty looks or come right out and say "That's not the Nebraska Way young man!" Still I booed OU and Colorado and Missouri no matter what they said. Then later when we were beating the stuffing out of most that dared to come to Memorial Stadium and as the older generation started to relinquish their seats to the next Generation of Fan it was a really tough place to come into and sneak out with a "W" ....then the wheels fell off . .The terrible loss to Colorado during the Solich era, the entire Bill Callahan Era, alot of the beatings we suffered thru during the Pelini era....then Riley and Frost....sheesh any school in the country it seemed could come into Lincoln and beat us.....the recent records bear this out. But things we hope are about to change with this coach and staff and group of players ....and when it does....well how tough it is to win in Lincoln will be re established on its own. I know Miami and Oregon do not have fond memories of playing in Lincoln and before we can be considered among the toughest places to win at....we have to put our money and toughness where our mouth is first....the rest will take care of itself. We certainly haven't done much to help ourselves over the past 15 years now have we ???? Thanks Steve Pederson and Harvey Toejam ! You Both nearly ruined the University of Nebraska Football program.

Huskervision has been bad for 15 years. The band is usually rolling out bad flashbacks to 40, 50, 60 year old references. The Tunnel Walk music gets you going but half the team isn't even out of the tunnel and the music just cuts out and it's just silent. Then it's a bunch of filler until they get the crowd hyped up again right before kickoff and as soon as the kicker makes contact, silence again. Then everyone stands there and waits until someone scores. The next time the crowd gets super loud or hyped up for longer than 15 seconds is at halftime. There is zero effort to keep the crowd hot at all. It's all just corporate and community fluff. They have figured out a few things that help during night games, but it's like they have no idea what to do during midday games at all.

EA have us as a teir 4 team also. They should post that to the horseshoe as they have the tunnel walk

EA didn't even have Nebraska in top 25 for defense either. Josh Pate even mentioned how Nebraska got screwed in the game

Haven't been a good team. Now with winning will be again the intimidation factor will return

I've traveled to many different stadiums, one of the perks of being an airline pilot. I was at that 2009 Va Tech game. I agree that the stadium was loud but the fans were pretty friendly, both before and after the game. It was nothing like the atmosphere of the 2002 Penn State game, where their fans were absolutely psychotic. I swore I'd never set foot in State College again after the way we were treated. And I thought CU and Mizzou fans were hostile. They were girl scouts compared to PSU fans that night. Jordan-Hare is way more intimidating than Bryant-Denny. Bama just makes this list because they win but they'd win if their games were played in Nome, Alaska. Michigan's Big House is way overrated. Yes, it seats a ton of people but the design of the stadium sends all the noise straight up. LSU and Penn State should be one-two on this list. I have to say that one of the loudest games I've ever been at was the 2009 game at home against OU. That was make your ears bleed loud. How many illegal procedure calls did OU have in that game? I lost count after about six. My dad, who grew up in Lincoln and was part of the knothole gang, was stunned by the noise. The way EA Sports loves CU, i'm surprised their stadium didn't make the list. Well, this is much ado about nothing. It's just a video game. That's probably heresy to some.
