I can relate to Sherpa's tooth woes, dealt with a cracked toother for months, recently had to have it pulled, pain in keeping it, pain in pulling it, but on the mend, so glad to have it out! Sherpa won't be the first dog to lose a tooth, and, there is no pain like tooth pain. I suspect it hurts him and he leaves some of his meal alone for this issue.
@janebraun4482 it's not having the tooth pulled that is the problem. They have to knock him out to do it and that isn't good for older dogs with high liver enzymes. Possibility of him not waking up. And we don't want that. So that is why he hasn't rushed to have it pulled.
@@janetewing8910 Is this what the vet said? I agree to be safe for sure. I know J is working on his liver issues. Tooth infections themselves can make one sick too! How this works out...
@janebraun4482 Yes, they are hoping that it would just not get infected but once in a great while. But it's back too soon. His liver won't handle antibiotics very often. I think he's getting ready to take him back to the specialist soon.

❤😊 Hello Lord Sherpa and dad Jamie! Alfredo Meower here. My grandma, Linda, and I watch all of your adventures. We also love watching Key and his servants and Nephew Nook and his Hoomum and Hoodad. Nook and I talk to each other in comments a lot, but I haven't talked to Sherpa yet. Sherpa and I both do hydrotherapy, mine because I have loose kneecaps. I've been going since I was three years old and I just turned seven on May 22. My Grandma took me to the vet's a couple of days ago and I fell asleep. When I woke up I had lost five of my teeth! Luckily, I still have my fangs, but my chompers are gone. I still feel a little under the weather from the meds, but I think I'll be okay soon. Hang in there, Sherpa! Sometimes our servants do some crazy things to us, but it's only because they love us! ❤❤
