This is the assembly of my DC10-30 Lufthansa.

A information about that video
The part from 0:00 mins - 3:25 mins is really old footage. Back there I still painted the parts with a paintbrush, or done some other things, I‘m not doing now. I hope you still like the result😊
The difference between airbrush and paintbrush is small... if you didn’t say that it was brush painted then I probably would’ve thought that it was airbrushed😂 😉 It still looks good 😃

I’m starting the airliner and airbrush journey soon! I used to brush paint military models so I’m super excited for doing airliners! I have a revell a380 and a350 to do!
When I build airliner models back then I started out hand painting them too. The only difference is they ended up in the trash. Well done!

I remember this kit! I built 2 back in 1990 when I was 13. Both where Revell/Lodela reboxes with 1 in Aeromexico and Mexicana liveries respectively. The Mexicana one came out better with my modeling skills at the time : D

Great work man 👍🏼👍🏼 but i really have to tell you that the whole part that you glued on 13:00 are actually called *horizontal stabilizers* and elevators are small parts of the horizontal stabilizers but very important for flying an aircraft, it’s used for changing pitch (up-down) while rudder is used for changing yaw (side-to-side) 😉

You have improved a lot. I started watching your videos when you were painting them by hand. Good tools and good materials are key to build better models but practice and practice is the most important aspect. Keep building. I love airliner models.

Very nice!👍.. we used to operate DC-10 planes with Air New Zealand. Unfortunately one of them crashed into Mt Erebus in Antarctica with no survivors.. sad but true😔✈️🇳🇿
Quite good work. Hint. You would benefit more spending time on the underwork. The seamlines inside the engine cowlings is a showstopper no matter how good the paint job is. Nice nevertheless..
