Maybe show us the damage charts next time so we actually see who’s dealing the damage
Alsa doesn’t seem to get stuck at the back when she starts in a middle tile. Fortunately using Reinier in DR is meta so it’s “free” even if Smokey isn’t teleported…
Add: this may have been hotfixed? Before I could consistently put her at the back of the boss
Its so random it is hard to tell
If Alsa starts mid or left side, and your front liners don't take up the front mid and front right position in front of the boss, she will have room to come back to middle after ult. If these spaces are occupied, she slingshots to the top right. Also she will ALWAYS go top right on Cyclops because his summons preoccupy all of those spaces even when not summoned.
Love the attention Maulers are getting in Journey. It's as if they're trying to make up for neglecting them in Arena. Though to be fair I quit Arena shortly before its second anniversary but I doubt they did much more for them since then.
True damage starts shining in endless mode however. Need more testing in endless mode to check out the stats
Doesn't work on King Croak obviously because of Thoran requirement, but on things like Cyclops, can sub in Satrana with her seasonal magic def shred and her, Odie, and Alsa will instant proc Cascade nonstop with no delays. I have a feeling its going to be impressive once we get Cascade15 for the boosted effect after three fires.

I'm actually using Rhys in this boss.
I found that at the same grade he does odie's damage, sometimes even more (in boss).
His seasonal ability is very good on him, I'm lovin' it
I wonder how Rhys would do on Necrodrakon actually

Vala Supreme+ (+5) did 141kk damage
Rhys Supreme (+10) did 153kk damage
he does not do more than odie lmao especially if odie is +10

I try something similar but completely different team and get 49% in a minute to try yor one . Thanks for the tip how to avoid "corner" she make me headache .

Def struggles to survive at the moment, but I'm looking forward for her endless mode performance

At least for AFK Stages, it doesn’t really matter if she dies due to RNG, just retry.
@@malcovich_games ik, i have her at supreme, ex lvl1 and she's carrying me through afk with odie, im now very close to unlocking dura's trials
usually linking her to thoran is enough to keep her going
Damage charts…
I am still unsure if Alsa is going to be (or get) viable at some point. She's good, and she can chunk in a large amount of damage in a short period of time... but she's also super squishy, and likes to charge headlong into the crowd. Also, just letting you know, later on in AFK stages she just straight up gets clapped (AFK progress 476, and Alsa S+ with Ex Weap +10... just for reference).
100% my concern too. Has very high potential, but as we have shown in a ton of videos...super squishy. I use her in all AFK stages and I'm right there with you on levels, but I link her to Thoran + Reinier and has 0 issues surviving
@@BarryGamingAFK Aside from Reinier, and Thoran do you run 2 other Maulers with her in AFK Stages for faction bonus, or magic team with the magic artifact? I might give her another shot, and see.
I mean, Soren is tailor made to be played with her, so we should totally wait for him to release before making a final assumption
@@Uefeti True, and I agree... Soren is made to essentially be on the tram with Alsa. Soren won't stop her from charging in, and potentially getting smacked though. I guess we'll just have to wait and see, because I also intend on getting Soren up to S+ as well.
