That is the most true statement I've heard in a while. I feel the SAME way, but have never been able to verbalize that feeling. Sure, a new haircut and great makeup makes me feel beautiful. But I feel MOST beautiful when I feel like I'm glowing. And I feel that way when I'm taking care of my skin, hair, eating well, being active, reading, etc. I feel most beautiful when I cherish myself and make an effort to do good things for me. Feeling beautiful is more than just a look. Feeling beautiful is about feeling happy and context with yourself, despite the imperfections. It's about accepting "this is me, this is what I look like, this is what I get. Not let's make this the best possible me it can be."
