Beerus has been training for millions of years with other Gods and Angels 10 years of training can't compare to millions of years with godly opponents even with Frieza's potential this is laughable
Well, looking how loose beerus is i really doubt he trained constantly for all those millions of years but he was elected as a God of destruction and dominates the mega instinct and kind of knows a bit about ultra instinct i would at least expect him have trained thousands of years and dont see Freeza doing better than this against Beerus.

Frieza is indeed a powerful foe, but that is simply because Goku and Vegeta always need a new higher pillar of strength to aim for. This is what has made Dragon Ball kind of laughable in many ways in the modern era, considering we always know that Goku and Vegeta are going to get a new ass pull form to whoop the next big bads ass. Sure, they train a lot to achieve those forms, but their strength never improves based on their skill as fighters, it's just what multiplier they can attain next.

New level of power shows up at Z
Goku and Vegeta learn their alphabet, then move on to calculus.

These numbers are laughably ridiculous. Going by this, Beerus' "suppressed" power level vs SSJ3 Goku was just 0.0000008% of the power he used against enraged Vegeta, which itself was merely 0.0004% of the power he used to fight Vegeta Blue. *That* power level is only 0.000000005% of the 50+ octillion level afforded him by the fan-made "kamumei" manga. Whoever came up with these numbers has no concept of what amounts they actually represent. They're meaningless in the context of representing the ability of these characters. There's no way Beerus could think, "I'll just try 0.0000000002% of my power against this Goku guy," or figure out how to suppress himself to that impossibly specific percentage.
Power levels ceased to have utility after the Frieza Saga.
This is how a power level video is meant to be done, completely exaggerated and ridiculous just like the whole concept of power levels. I'm glad DBZ left power levels behind in the Namek saga.
