- Welcome to a self-proclaimed center of everything with the world's most iconic skyline, where traffic rivals that of the West Coast & the increasing cost of living shows no sign of slowing down! 15 years later she's still standing as strong and proud (aside from political corruption & nefarious criminal enterprises) as the day we first met her on April 29th, 2008.
Just a small 'but BELATED (I blame college finals, work & a complete reinstall of Windows because it corrupted somehow)' over glorified panning shot cinematic tribute to the beautiful Liberty City for GTA 4's 15th anniversary, a city that I'm sure we all know is based on New York City. Seriously, you should play it if you haven't already done so, or heck, replay it again!
