Amazing revisiting this. If only the two genres could reunite. Jay Z mixed in with LINKIN PARK was absolutely incredible. Mike Shinoda‘s vision, Chester Bennington was an absolute unicorn, and Jay Z at his prime.

You know, I can't say I was ever a huge fan of Linkin Park or Chester, but they had some great songs that were catchy and lyrically good to be hits, and they kind of took their own path when doing things... I mean, every suicide is a loss, fills you with sadness, and it seems to me like Chester had more to say than many other artists, and he didn't seem to be an asshole (again, from the little I've seen of him in interviews). So, yeah, it's really sad, guys. Hope he at least rests in peace now.

Bill W, something tells me you know who the "Bill W." is. Two alternatives, go on to the bitter end blotting out the consciousness of our intolerable situation, or accept spiritual help. The illness discriminates on no one, any and all are within reach. My hope and prayer is this helped someone else not to go that route.
No telling how long he was suffering from depression. . Probably years. No one should judge him for how it all ended! I look at how STRONG he was to go as long as he did. I can't even imagine that inner struggle and turmoil he must have dealt with.
