A Guided Journey to Inner Peace

  • Today is the New Moon of Sagittarius (in the lunar calendar) - this month of is also considered the month of miracles, but looking at what's happening around the world, it's easy to get discouraged, stressed and anxious. What miracles?? Stress happens when we focus on the consciousness of LACK - what we don't have, what we don't do, who we are not, you get the idea.
    So I thought I'd guide you today on a short meditation towards inner peace - remember the saying, as above, so below. If we have peace within, we will have peace outside because reality is our perception of reality.
    An Inner peace meditation will help with
    - stress reduction (let's face it, we all have hectic lives at times) - but we can find 10 minutes to disconnect from the chaos and bring that sense of calmness.
    -mental clarity: let go of any racing thoughts to achieve a more focused mind.
    - gratitude: the easiest way to be uplifted is to focus on what we have.
    - self awareness: practicing inner peace meditation regularly can lead to a greater understanding of oneself.
