How long do you estimate it would take a certified mechanic to install this full kit?

Typically we say go to a performance shop not a "certified mechanic" as they typically really only know how to replace exact parts and never seem to be able figure out even the slightest fitment issue.
But the full kit for a good shop is still 6+ hrs
