  • The Stainless Steel Standard Smoker is suitable for smoking meat, poultry or seafood, giving it a delicious flavour and keeping it tender. Made of high quality stainless steel, it is built to last for years of smoking enjoyment.
    HOW TO USE A COOK-OUT SMOKER 🔥
    1. Line foil at the bottom for easier cleaning
    2. Sprinkle 3 heaped tablespoons of Oak Sawdust on foil
    3. Insert the metal grid & position your seasoned food on the grid
    4. Insert the second metal grid, place the second layer of seasoned food & close the lid
    5. In the burning tray, sprinkle 1/3 cup of methylated spirits evenly on wool, push into the slot beneath the smoker, and ignite.
    6. The wool will start to burn for approximately 10 minutes and you can repeat if desired.
    7. Serve immediately and enjoy with desired sides.
    *Cooking times will vary depending on the type and size of the meat.

    Smoker Tip: Avoid using the smoker in windy weather conditions as it will blow out the fire that enables the smoke to operate.
