    Very well said Matt, I am glad u spoke of this again! It is so very important....as I myself was doing this for SO long and years past and I thought what u said....."I could've be so much better by now" ECT......always feeling like a "lost cause" until I finally decided enough was enough! The last few months especially I have been trying to re focus my mind .... It changed everything when I seen your first video talking about how we think about the same thing we thought about yesterday by 95%... That has given more drive then ever to not give up even when I feel I have failed because , it's a process....and one I am learning is so worth even the smallest acts of change 🙏

      A very late reply from me, but I’m so glad that other video impacted you. It’s an amazing thought truly, and when we dress but it really does open our minds as to how important it is to be intentional about our thinking and living every day. And if we fail there’s no point in getting caught up in that. Each day we can start again you and be intentional about the things that we want to put into our mind because it will lead to changes in the future, even if it seems like we’re not getting anywhere at first.     I've been on autopilot head towards a mountain for years. I feel like I wasted more than ten years. Now I'm seeking mental health. I try to journal, been neglecting it, but I have been trying. I am even trying to get closer to God. I am so weak, it's a slow go, and I am hard on myself. But I want to change and I'm not giving up 💪 Very uplifting positive video. Thank you Matt and I'm happy you are doing better. May God bless and be with you always❤

      I’m sorry to hear that things have been tough for you Erika. Be kind to yourself. No one can do things perfectly. Every time you have a bad day or are struggling, start over new each moment. Get up again each day and be persistent. Continue to do this even if things aren’t working for you. We don’t need to live in the past, and every day truly is a new opportunity for us.
