does anyone else get obsessed with shows like this and do non-stop binges and then when the last episode comes, you take your sweet time and dont technically finish it till weeks later?
I finished it tonight but I watched every other episode as they came out. I know I should probably have tried to finish it sooner but I couldn't bring myself to do it.
This wedding was so beautifully made. The bus entrance, the tree where they first fell in love, THE WHOLE FAMILY BEING THERE. Just amazing. Team Jafael for the win.
They couldn't stop crying because whenever they looked at each other, they were reminded of all the hardships, tests and trials that led them to this moment. They were reminded of the first time they met in that small little cafe, the moment when Jane found out he was the baby's father, Rafael's impromptu proposal when neither of them were ready, the breakup that broke Jane's heart, Rafael's bad decisions, Jane's indecisiveness, Mateo's birth, Jane choosing Michael, Rafael going to prison, them focusing on co-parenting while still secretly loving each other, Jane's book selling...EVERYTHING. In one gaze, they saw how much they'd been through and couldn't stop crying because despite everything that drove them apart, they'd still managed to choose each other. And there was no other choice that needed to be made. They both had everything they'd ever wanted.

Utter perfection. Their wedding was so beautiful, emotive and filled with love and family. There was an intimacy to it which I appreciated. It shows so much Jane's growth. For her all that mattered was having the closet people to her present as she weds her forever love. Them getting choked up as they tried to say their vows. All the emotions, experiences, and love so palpable. What a perfect way to end the show with a send off and new beginnings to the greatest love story JTV had. To think that the entire show was ultimately Jafael's journey to each other and the experiences and lessons learned along the way. 💗💖
I agree that the ending was great, but this show is based on the book about Michael and Jane’s love story, aka the greatest love story ever told, and all the hardships they faced to be together. Michael and Jane were always meant to be
It’s funny to know that Esteban will officially be Ro’s daughter’s step father 😂 If Rogelio had find that out years ago he’d never have agreed with this. I love how their relationship has grown

When I was at 4th season I thought “omg what if Mateo is the narrator?! 🤭”. I thought that because the narrator was always distancing himself from Mateo so much and never told anything emotional about him (like he would feel weird if he will comment his own behavior).
As much as I love Michael and believe him to be the healthier choice for just about anyone on planet Earth, Jane and Rafael belong together; they were equally dramatic, impulsive, self-centered, overly emotional hot messes-yup-made for each other
I never liked Rafael; ever. And I'm always team Michael. But I have to let him go for this because at this point, there's no one better suited for Jane.

I get the whole "girl ends up with a smoking hot man who loves her" fantasy. I have that fantasy too, but in this show it feels forced and i don't really like it. When she talks to Michael the conservation is as smooth as butter, he can understand her from a quick glance. With Rafael, she has to explain everything and he either understands ( surface level of understanding ) or cuts her off to disagree which turns into a huge fight. That kind of communication doesn't happen in a healthy marriage. We got to see her and Michael married and they were happy and everything went smoothly because of their communication, however, the show ended and we didn't get to see her being married to Rafael. If their marriage is going to be like their dating life then they would never last because resentment builds up without you noticing it
Omg there are no words on how DISGUSTED and disappointed I am that Jane ended up with Rafael even after her own husband nearly died??! AND Jane and Michael been together longest and Michael has been more supportive. The AUDACITY

I stopped watching this the moment they killed Michael 's character.They were so perfect together.I mean,what were these writers thinking?! But then,they put Michael back in the show, but they didn't end up together. As much as I love the show,but I will not continue watching it.
