Lost Lunatic Trials - C4 Secrets 2'29'16 IGT (read desc)

My new hardest star. But this star has quite a story to it.
Apparently me, my sister and cousins are just chilling in the room when I was attempting this. The younger of the 2 cousins was interested in this star and I actually chat about some stuff to her while attempting this. Despite my massive skill issue she actually pushed me to continue so even when I wanted to quit I decided not to and just try to make the little girl happy. When I got the star, we were so happy until I noticed I was recording on OBS EXCEPT I somehow messed up and set the OBS to record RetroArch instead of Luna's PJ64 so in other words, there was no video in that YEP. So have to rerecord, so sadly you don't get to see my super cool advanced layout 5mario
About the star, this is my new hardest. I think I spent like 1h practicing this and 1h30 attempting until I got the star the first time when I noticed that recording thing. So that means I have to do it AGAIN, but luckily it only took me 15 minutes of reattempts because I plugged the controller in this time and actually spent like sometime just practicing the last jump (yes it's fucked up). In that 1h30 session I got 7 5/5 chokes and like 15 4/5 chokes (maybe more idr), but I slowly noticed how I was actually getting more consistent over time. My problem with this star is that the heave ho mechanic feels like an RNG check and you can see me cba'ing to use it, as well as the fact that the star spawns in such a dogshit location instead of the center of that platform thing. Other than that, I had a lot of fun and therefore I wouldn't really complain more about it.
Also Shin3 if you read this there's a problem with Octomino, basically idk how but me selecting different save slots and stuff makes save and load state buttons doesn't work, so I had to exit and reopen LPJ64 several times. Just fyi.
