That was an incredibly relaxing tour of a unique beautiful paradise. It’s a shame these ideas aren’t adopted in the US desert building styles. I adore Spanish and Native design, but this translates to modern living and need with sensible ancient choices that make sense for that climate and resource availability.

loved it. new presentation, more in depth . Words cannot describe the property, how it is, and what it once was. I also liked the variation of properties lately; land, apartment, pied a terre etc. and the locations, Safi, Ourika, etc. Makes people realise that Morocco is more than Jmaa El Fnaa. Lottery-level pricing, but worth every penny by the looks of it. That place is an absolute dream. Really like the architecture and attention to detail. Even that monstrous bougainvillea is fantastic! I love the way it looks, bursting through the pergola, covered in flowers. And with all of the trees surrounding the property, it's like a little private oasis. There are likely more expensive places, but I doubt they have more magic than this one.

It's beautiful. I'm glad I didn't have to ask the price, as I cannot afford it, but I could happily live out my life in that place, just as it is, overgrown like a ruin, and as charming as a piece of Wallace Chan's jewelry.
I'm like you. It's a decadent and beautiful place - if I were to live there I would leave it a bit wild and just tidy up some surfaces.

Consider this as your escape pod from the current reality, an outstanding property which will take you to another dimension. Considering the existing M&E, the running cost will be reasonable if compared to a bungalow in Singapore or Malaysia. Dreams are real in this video. Great video sir. Good pace to it. that is an absolutely stunning place to see. Buying it is only daydream unfortunately. Would have win the lottery 😁. If I was lucky enough to be able to buy I wouldn't do much work to it, would leave the rustic edge. It adds extra character and charm. Would tidy it like you said and would get the structure and electrics checked for safety, apart from that it's fairly bang on

my idea of heaven, the music , the bougainvillea, the garden, so lush. Would you know who could oversee that work you estimated at 350 k and is that a high level refurbishment or basic. Need to visit this once we are allowed in the country

It is normal turnover for Marrakech. The market is robust at the moment.

Gibraltar. But we have Carrefour and other international supermarkets in town.
@@bosworthpropertymarrakech LOL I know - we love our RAK breaks, and usually spend a week there every year around May time. We stay at the Four Seasons which we really like. Although seems they have gotton very greedy with their rates this year so think we may put it off for this year.
