I'm sorry if you're not looking for suggestions, but a line you could've taken at the end of game 1 was to use some don to counter the 17k Hody swing(like the love love and white snake), but save the gavels and take the hit anyway. The logic behind that is you're not gonna live the following the turn anyway, no matter how much life you have, so you might as well take the hit to see 1 more card and try to finish the game with it or hit a lucky trigger to be able to use whatever you get from it proactively.
This line could've still lost the game cause a Yamato with double hody is ROUGH, but it possibly could've given you a better chance.
Damn, that first game was banger (sorry,i'm a Yamato player too)
I normally play at friday night with my friends and I consider myself an experienced player (as i played magic for many years) and last meet i couldn't win with Nami against Wano Yamato, Law RP and ZoroSanji. Honestly it feels like we need more tools to control a wide board.
A starting hand against Yamato always needs a +4000 counter. That 3 don double attack is coming at you 9 times out of 10 and if its not that it’s a banish double attack
in the GY yamato game, why did you choose not to trash a card off the rubberband? isn't decking out the whole goal of the deck?
Cuz he knew the Card he would trash but he wanted this card to draw. That is Why he didnt do it
Great ✨✨ 😅💋
Not sure why you still play the Nojiko especially when Saka and R/P Law is so prevalent. Would definitely recommend playing the tiger blades over her and brick fist given how good it is versus a lot of these matchups.
