It take a little practice to learn to roll these out. Just remember better to thick then to thin.
this recipe I make two separate batches of dough. you can cut the recipe in half and only make one
Batch of dough.
This is the way my Mom tough me how to make these. When I make Kroutburgers and i'm to the point of adding the filling to the rolled out dough I always hear her voice behind me saying " Fill them more! That's not enough filling!" lol, Miss You MOM..
