I have always gotten weird vibes from Hal ever since he was watching that video of Polly back in season 1. Yeah I get it’s his child and all, but something about that scene felt creepy to me. Also here’s a thought, what if Hal has been reading Betty’s diary, and possibly has learnt more about her darkness and has read about things he might not even know about. Maybe that’s where he is finding out about lots of the sinning going on etc etc
I think if Riverdale was anywhere it would be between New York and Ohio. Because Veroinca moved from NY and Jughead mom and sister moved to Toledo with their grandparents. So i dont think it would be far out of that range.
