    Would have just thought about circle of pi
    Tan(60°) = (√3/2)/(1/2) = √3

    This question is soo easy bro.. like don't u guys memorise the trigonometric values of basic angles ??

  • @umarrayan7140

    Wait wait. If u get the angle A as 60° then basic trigonometry tan60=√3

    Actually their is no need to use pen to solve this question, it's take just 2sec to solve this problem

    You have B 30
    Sin 30 = AC/54
    Cos 30 = BC/54
    So you find the lengths and you do tangent

    Can also do Hsin(30) to get 27. Solve for missing side using Pythagorean Theorem. Sqrt [2187] / 27 = 1.732, sqrt [3] = 1.732. This is just in case you forget the special right triangles.
    If you didn't know how to do the math, you could cross out option A because in involves the hypotenuse. Could also cross out option B because tan A, from angle 60, would have a longer side length over a shorter one. 1 < sqrt [3], therefore it cannot be the correct answer.
    You would then be left with option C, sqrt [3], and option D, 2 sqrt [3]. If you really didn't know how to do the math, you could get the values of both: C = 1.73, D = 3.46. You could reason that since a triangle w/ 2 45 degree angles would have sides of equal length, a triangle with only 15 degrees of off that would still have pretty similar side lengths, meaning option D is unlikely since it would mean one side is almost 4x longer than the other.

    This math problem puts black and brown kids at a disadvantage due to generational racism not giving them the funds to afford tutoring awarded to their affluent white and asian peers.

    • @towndefender
      @towndefender Před 29 dny

      you do know school is free for everyone, correct? the reason most black students don't perform as well as most white students is because most of them simply don't care. at least... that's what my dad told me. he could just be racist, i dunno.
