I used to mess about with teletext as a kid for hours. I found it fascinating, I couldn’t understand how I was interacting with something miles away by pressing a coloured button or number on my remote. Technology today is just taken for granted, but when I was younger people wanted to know the mechanics behind new tech.
I miss teletext and ceefax, it’s also strange to think that channels used to finish and your be left with either teletext pages or the girl writing on a chalk board
