It's not joik.
Joik is when it's voice only, when it's with instruments and singing it's called Sami music.
The sami community has made these rules themselves, it's not me being mean or anything, that's just how the sami community have defined it, joik is voice only, no instruments, no background music or anything, just voice.

Juries won't underestimate this song, it has some musical qualities, unlike 75% of the songs this year.
Generally, juries make the results better but sometimes they're too inclined to support a certain nation: e.g. Austria, Sweden and Australia
