Our most watched Episode - z • BEACH CAMPS ON THE NIN...
It all started when…
In December 2015 we packed up and hit the road for what we thought would be a 12 month Lap of Oz. Fast forward 7 years and we decided to create a video series of our travels to show you all what it’s like to live life on the road!!
Cheers everyone, safe travels.
You've been a busy lad modifying that ute . GREAT
Thanks 👍it’s a weapon
A great set up.
Appreciate you demonstrating the simplicity of the jack off canopy and use of the nutserts/eye bolts. Your vids not only inspire a goal of a lifestyle but simplicity and functionality with the eye bolts, organiser screwed onto fridge, camp shower etc.
I’ve used a few of your ideas as well as other creators to make camping that bit more simple and enjoyable over the years. Solid video.
Cheers mate, safe travels
NORWELDS Finest does it again. Smashed it out of the park NORWELD the best functional Canopy. I love it so much.
I think its time for an upgrade on my 79 Dualcab Norweld Half Canopy to this exact setup.
Awesome Justin.
Couldn't agree more!
I like it! Neat, functional, and easy to get to everything. Love how simple the canopy disconnection is too! Nice work Norweld looks like you work well with your customers to achieve the best results!
Glad you like it!
Absolutely brilliant mate. Love your enthusiasm and we hope you all have happy journeys.. Cheers for now. 👍
Thanks a ton!
I tell ya what mate you got everything all sorted out what you’ll need and to use excellently prepared especially seeing you are so vastly experienced 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Another brilliant episode Justin. Thanks heaps you have given me something to think about now mate. I love that set up. And the idea of Bundy's and beach🎉😅😅😅😅.
Glad you enjoyed it
Excellent setup it’s very universal and functional ❤ it 🤙
Cheers mate
Beauty, love it!
Thank you! Cheers!
Just love that set up👍
She’s a beauty
great vid mate, love the new canopy, safe travels.
Thanks, you too!
Fantastic product, being removable is handy as
Loving the ute 👍
That's a mint setup 👌
Cheers man
Love it
Awesome setup mate👍👍
Thanks for the visit
Really cool, im just reading your book and it has a bunch of facts! Really informative and cool images, And nice channel by the way😀
Awesome, thank you!
I went to an F350. Great truck I have the norweld canapoy
Very cool!
Great video mate, looks sick with the canopy and as a ute 👍
The only negative for me is no rope rails for the ute tray. Eye bolts just not enough for certain jobs.
Thanks 👍
E.H. with a 400ls lexis engine ! And it's transmission with a H.R. holden front full crossmember !
Very Very nice
Thanks
Hey Justin the birthday revamp on the 200 looks great mate. I notice in this vid that your side steps are now full length instead of the wagon length ARB steps you had when you first had the rig built. When and where did you have the steps extended? I can’t recall seeing them on any other recent vids. Cheers.
I had a metal fab joint in Broome extend them a few years back hey. It’s the same arb steps, just extended with a new tread plate on top 👍👍
Show us the frustration of trying to line the bolts up through the canopy back onto the tray.
I’ve been there
Actually pretty easy hey. Just use a long screwdriver to align the first one and then ya set 👍
The setup has gone next level mate. Well done. Is there provisions for running the spare when rolling with the tray back? Do they do central locking on the tool boxes and trundle draw? Happy travels.
Yeah so there is 2 threaded nutserts on the head board where you can mount your spares. Same system as on back of canopy 👍👍
Awesome vid. How easy is it to align all the holes putting it back on? There’s no way I’d let my missus reverse back 🤣🤣👍
Easy hey just line it up in mirrors and you can line it up easy with a long screw driver
Hey Chloe, still love you, still miss you & I still wish we were doing this sort of stuffffff 😢
Just wondering what make your 270 degree awning is? Great walk around - thanks.
The bush company
Nice setup. What happens with the air bags when the canopy is removed?
I just plug the lines into blanking caps and I can use the manual inflating valves at rear of chassis if needed 👍
🥂👍😊😁 mate ! Buy the third vehicle ! A pickup or a ute F.B. or a E.H lol
That would be cool
@TripInAVan yes it would be believe me rides great just leave at your base home! It be R&R (rest and recreation)🥂👍😁
How often would you use it as a tray back? Can you carry the legs to take it off at camp
You could if you wanted to. I will take off at home after our big trips👍
Why does the trundle drawer need two locking latches?
Cheers, r
It only has one locking latch on the left hand side
How do you get a bottle / bucket / anything you want to wash etc under that tap given how close to the mudflap there? perhaps bad camera angle
It is a bit close but you can get ya hands under there no worries to wash or fill up containers. I could run a hose to back of toolbox for another tap👍
Mate you made me a little nervous there when you jacked it up on the grass and cement, I thought she was gonna tip over
Hi Justin, can you take canopy off n use as a home base when camping?
You definitely could mate yeah
Great canopy set up just a question. How does your air compresses connect from the canopy to the tray?
Good question! It stays in the canopy. So no compressor when running as tray back
@@TripInAVan how does the air compressor connect to the tray to pump up your airbags from your canopy?
@@TripInAVan is there a hose connects from the canopy to your trailer that you disconnect?
Whats canopy feel like sitting on jacking legs? Stable?
Yeah it’s fine. Next time I’ll be doing it on the shed floor, be easier on a level surface that’s for sure.
So no more roof top tinny trip for you guys?
Nah, just tow the big boat now 👍👍
🍻 🤠🇺🇸
🙂
Mate, you've got more rubs than a Bangkok massage joint.
Oath
Where’s the big 300 ?
Becs car 👍👍
@@TripInAVan you should do a review on both cars and which one you prefer 😀
Noice.
You guys must be so rich..
What happened to the days when you just went camping😢
Too much technology for me😂
Find a sponsor, costs you nothing!?😂😂😂
looks orsome
Love it
