Oh my God, I forgot how much I missed Luke's sadistic Choose Your Own Adventures. I still have fond memories of discovering that Ellen was a penguin the whole time and finding out that the Blair Witch was the secret baddie of Ancestors
And the one with dance macabre and a pet piglet!

And let's not forget the original CYOA where we found out Marc Jacobs was the antagonist of Outlast 2!

Luke is clearly an experienced GM aware of the danger of giving away supposedly useless items.
And yet she broke the game with it anyway.
My mom was eavesdropping while I was watching the video and slowly creeped in. She doesn't even speak much English but was enjoying so much Ellen's laugh that she stayed until the game finished.
Her only question in the end was: "What did we just watched?"

It's very amusing to me the most plausible thing in this deathloop is Ellen doing a death drop and accidentally smashing a fish tank in the process
“What if it’s an Alien Ant Farm?” was everything we love about Ellen wrapped up in one moment haha
I feel like Luke's "Just like the movies" flew under the radar though

This Happy Death Day Loop starring Ellen is fantastic. I love how it showcases her comedy improv skills and shows she's not afraid to get nerdy e.g. the remark about (presumably Oxtra) CZcams videos making 50 cents on the dollar for their CPM.
100% thought Ellen would be a penguin again with her fish party fouls and the smelly animal grinder being mentioned.
This was so fun! It was so engaging I only noticed Ellen is wearing a shirt with hbomberguy bursting through his wall after watching for over 20 minutes

I can imagine Hbomb and Ellen collabing, if you've seen her personal channel you know about her short video essays, but the style of Oxtra is really very different from what he does.

It’s actually genius how well thought out deathloop is. They’re stuck looping the celebration of the first day of the loop, like, it makes too much sense! Just wish multiplayer had less latency issues. Everything feels slightly delayed.

That was a fun Choose Your Own Adventure. Please do more. From reading previous chats, I have quite a bit of CYOA episodes to catch up on. [I'm coming up on my 2nd year as a viewer turned subscriber; I'm a bit late to the party.]
I am concerned about two things: (1) The potential loop with Sega's copyright lawyers (enough said); and (2) Bella. She had 2 antique shotguns and an antique guitar. She let Ellen have it with each item. Bella must be a boss. Remind me not to tick her off..., even as her friend.
