I was against 360 deals, until i understood how a lot of artist dont understand what goes into it all. They in turn risk everything on some dumb sh1t. And it falls back on you putting Time & Energy in an artist that's uncoachable, and self destructive. I preach independence, but eventually Im going to have to operate this damned thing like a label.
