- Today, Moon showcases Xueyi with Robin, Aventurine, and Tingyun to show how insane of a 4-star Xueyi is. Xueyi can be a MASSIVE Game Changer for players in Honkai Star Rail. Furthermore, Xueyi is a Quantum Destruction Class Character who focuses on dealing follow-up attacks frequently onto enemies and breaking their toughness meters. Xueyi has gotten even stronger with the release of Harmony MC/Trailblazer and Ruan Mei. As for Robin, she is the first limited 5-star Physical Harmony Character coming into HSR v2.2, who focuses on advancing allies forward similar to Bronya, giving massive damage buffs to the team similar to Ruan Mei, and being able to deal a good amount of damage. This plays a huge part regarding her place in the meta.

CONGRATS ON THE W! I have been SO ADDICTED to playing so many different teams with her. Good in hyper, Pretty decent in the fua team, and god tier with superbreak. I love this 4 star so much
Xueyi is definitely awesome! I built her a bit ago since I ended up getting E6, and she’s been amazing to mess around with :)
Do you build her full break/atk% in super break comp or do you go hybrid crit/break effect? I’ve got mine at like 70/140 ish and 190% break effect. Not sure if it would be more worth it to massively pump that BE in super break comps.
Break team can be said to become a hot topic in the near future because hoyo has made them extremely strong, xueyi is just one of them🔥

@@SmithyPL RM is practically made for break/super break teams with ult's extension debuff, plus weakness break efficiency is such a fun stat.
RM is sub-optimal in:
DoT (like all the nihility characters)
Follow-up (robin)
Crit (bronya/sparkle)
Skill point eaters (sparkle/hanya)
Acheron (nihility/bronya/sparkle)

Is hanya a good with xuey? I have hanya E6 and tingyun E2.
@@jakewithak4744 I wouldn’t say Hanya is bad for Xueyi by any means, but since Xueyi wants the ultimate to really shred the break bar, tingyun tends to be better in almost every scenario. The only exception might(in heavy quotes) be when you run a battle against physical weak enemies

Xueyi is one of my favorite characters both personality-wise and for her gameplay and animations. I really enjoyed seeing your team clearing in 1 cycle with her despite not running Ruan Mei or Harmony MC. I recently got Xueyi to E6 so I'm excited to build her (almost done with HMC and she's next in line).
I've been using Xueyi tons recently, and used her for MoC 12 this time. Her with harmony trailblazer is so fun.

Been using Xueyi since day 1 of her release, chased her E6 on Ruan mei banner since i like dual dagger characters, even got Ruan Mei at E1 in the process. Both aged as fine wine since.

My Xueyi is still waiting for her traces, but can't wait to play her now at e6.
I also love the Tingyun Robin pairing. It works so well with most DPS. I usually battery Robin and ult on her 1st turn for 100% ult uptime. And you can ult again in the first cycle that way using Vonwacq.
Started building her a few days ago, perfect timing.

This is a really good alternative for those who dont have Ruan Mei (me included) and I will definitely try this cuz I really like Xueyi. Great job!
I've been playing with a super break team (Xueyi, Ruan Mei, Harmony Trailblazer, sustain) with Xueyi and it's been super fun, actually the team that got me through Robin's MoC 11 because I usually run Clara on one side and she was just not working against the DoT puppet or the deer

Relics for Xueyi are just a black hole of resources. I've got 2300 attack and 120 break, I've been at it for months. I don't know how you get attack and break that high, with 60 percent crit rate. It's exhausting lol.
Thankfully she will be selectable in an upcoming patch, which will give me the 6th one. Pulled for robin, got Clara and robin later. Not in much of a position ATM to pull any more.

i was able to snipe four dupes for Xeuyi! got her e6 and lvl 80! I'm very happy with, and i cant wait more break effect units in the future
i just recently pulled e6 xueyi so maybe i’ll try building her… also i am obsessed with almond pocky chocolate right now lol
I think another thing that's really good about Xueyi is her synergy with Tingyun. Aside from HMC and Ruan Mei, she's one of the best supports for her.
Tingyun's talent let's her basics deal damage that scales off of the buffed allies stats. Because Xueyi stacks so much damage % it directly buffs Tingyun's basics. It's funny, I've gotten 25k on Tingyun's basics before when paired with Xueyi.
That was impressive, with Fu, Ruan and Tin I still need 2 cycles for the first wave
After I did a break effect Luka build, I decided to do the same with Xueyi. She is pretty good. I kinda regret not pulling for that break effect Destruction lightcone, Indelible Promise.

"Has an okay amount of break effect" on the body piece.... it has 16.8%. I'm literally crying. Those relics on her are killing me. What's next? Her BE rope has "a decent amount of Crit DMG"??? I've grinded for an eternity for those godlike relics for her and they elude me every single time. All I want is a busted Xueyi.
that body piece is literally 3 sub starter into 4th BE and only has +2 rolls on BE rest is on flat def and the others are atk% and def% .. what part of this piece is a godlike relic ? it only has 2 rolls went on BE out of 5 max possible.. any relic u have with BE sub starter getting 2 rolls on a stat is just average which is what she basically have lol. any other piece she has is very good except that one
@krGt_ the "godlike" comment was more directed towards all her relics. The entire comment is more so implying I'm jealous because months of grinding hasnt yielded those same results. I'd trade my body piece for hers in a heartbeat, so to hear her call is decent or okay is painful for me. Ive had horrible luck on my rolls for BE.
What do you think about Firefly's weapon on Xueyi?
im currently building her right now i only need a good salsotto sphere
as a long time Xueyi enjoyer it's nice to see people recognize how good she is for a 4 star, more so now we have super break.
When starting I refused to build QQ due to her RNG and decided to build Xueyi as my Quantum DPS instead, I've never regretted that decision and now she only got stronger with intruduction of super break!
im using Xueyi, hamrony mc, ruan mei and gallagher but dont know what relic to use for him
Xueyi is probably the character that i like the most for character design. Whoever, it's sad that any 4* character only works with e6, i got her basically on release and never built because she's e0 x_x
In my opinion, Xueyi is an underrated monster. I just love her gameplay style. With the harmony MC, she's even more of a monster. Reese's Cups are my favorite candy. Especially after freezing them in the freezer!

seeing xueyi run without ruan mei, gallagher, or harmony mc feels so cursed
I pulled ruan mei for the meta, but i got her in 30 pulls. i spent 50 more pulls after that, not for her but for XUEYI CONS!!!!! i could only get e5 but i got her e6 through a single standard pull so im just having a blast! ive built no-crit xueyi with 162% break effect with an mc, ruan mei, and gallagher team. tingyun would probably work great too, but im too used to the weakness break efficiency lol so i keep her with ratio.

Newish player, is she worth building at E0?
no. you should consider it at e4 and commit to it once she's e6. coming from a xueyi main. if you like really really want to then go ahead but she'd need to be a 2nd dps instead of hypercarry.
ngl, everytime u go into the Timaeus Cup u always avoid using the top teams but still have amazing performances

I have been wondering can you start a new player playthrough guide where you can show us what to do and what not to do. How to better optimize resources and based on the characters you pull how to optimize your beginner story team and how to get through the main story campaign without having to struggle so much. Show us what's better between maximizing your traces or relics.
Anyone know other alternatives for adventurine?
You can use any sustain to be fair, when I used Fu Xuan I took 1 cycle longer since Aventurines follow ups allowed Xueyi to follow up more often (and Aventurine helped with damage output). I would recommend using a sustain that can help with the weakness/toughness meter so that Xueyi can get 1 stack for her follow up each time they basic attack.

I didn’t have harmony TB unlocked yet, and we draft a little before the update! I wanted to try this particular team since I was doing Xueyi testing and really liked how this comp does!

Yeah, she needs only BE, Speed and a ton of atk, she is pretty good as a fire break dmg dps, with HMC you probably won’t regret having her(atk body, spd boots, atk sphere and BE chain)
If you loose your 50/50, go for Xueyi HMC ruan mei and Gallagher, otherwhise you con use Bronya or tingyun or pretty much every other harmony
i think xueyi fits better in the team with harmony MC, ruanmei and gallagher
Ting is better than hmc for xueyi even on a rm team
