Loaded Herzog Train Eastbound through Bangor, Maine -10/12/23

On October 12, 2023, OT-1 ran a loaded Herzog ballast train eastbound out of Northern Maine Junction, bound for a drop on the Mattawamkeag line rehab project east of Old Town. I was able to grab a quick shot of them as they trundled along the Bangor waterfront, having lucked out with a perfectly timed lunchbreak. In recent months, the ballast supply for the area has been sourced from a local provider in outer Bangor, switched by OT-1 just outside of Northern Maine Junction, with these Herzog cars operating in closed loops between the drop and the reload. do you know how many trains per day this line gets and around what times trains can be seen here?

Typically it is two per day, one in the mid-afternoon hours and one one during the night.
