Another fabulous post! I don't do WW but really enjoy your posts and hearing about your VERY successful life-long journeys resulting in much-improved health all around! I just ordered some of the Boar's Head french onion dip from King Soopers. I was surprised to see the ingredients are pretty good without a huge amount of inflammatory oils. Kings also carries the Right Rice and ingredients-wise it looks pretty good. Just ordered some American Dream plain cashew butter. They have free shipping right now and that size of crafted butter is a really good price for 16 oz like $12, I need to try to make nut butter! Be well -from Colorado!

So excited you tried the American Dream! We love it. My fave flavors ended up being the Frosty Pebbles and Starberry Burst and Squeeze the Day. I hesitated so long on Squeeze the Day because the idea of a lemon nut butter didn't sound good to me. I could not have been more wrong. It almost tastes like a lemon oreo. Great video!

Hi Nikki and Adam, Since the French Onion dip is so good, you can add it to egg salad /deviled eggs, in place of some of the mayo since it's yogurt. Have a great weekend. 🐾Since the American Dream is high, I put mine on celery. Easy to eat it right out of the jar, lol.

I love American nut butter! So good to dip apples into. I think I prefer the almond butter and cashew butter is my least favorite. It’s almost to thick and to many mix ins. The others seem to mix better. Just my personal preference. I haven’t tried the flavors you tried today. I love the skinny dipped almonds also.

So you have to try the frozen ice cream kind bars. The peanut butter one tastes like a snickers. You can get them at target or Walmart. They are a higher point but well worth it. Also Doritos makes a reduced fat dorito and you can get them off Amazon. I am glad that you finally tried the American Dream Nut Butter, but also try Nerdy Nuts.

I just bought a bag of the Hippeas Rockin’ Ranch chips….(like Cool Ranch Doritos!) soooo good!! & I’m so HAPPY you guys finally tried AD nut butters!!! I REALLY hope you got the lemon squeeze the day one AND the raspberry love at first bite one!! Sooo good on yogurt…& would be great on your protein pancakes too…or just by the spoonful like I do!! 🥄😋

thank you!! 🥰 Sometimes the nutrition on the label doesn't match what is in the app so I like to double check because sometimes it is enough to change the point values!
You can add the French onion dip to hard boiled eggs for egg salad. No mayo needed. Then add your onion and celery.

GURL chips n French Onion Dip....I die. I love. We can't find Boars Head out here in the food desert. So sad. Mighty Spark Black Bean Chipotle sticks are my favorite...1 point does it for me, and I eat one every day. I didn't know Hippeas makes CHIPS... I still only eat the Nuts n More powders because I just can't with the pointy regular stuff. I just want to come to your house for snacks. hee!

The American Dream nut butter is great on a caramel rice crisp or a rice cake. I love the Sugar Cookie almond butter and the Butter my Cookie almond butter. I haven't had a bad one though.

Just a friendly FYI:
You shouldn't use the word "gypped." It comes from the word "Gypsy," which itself is a slur for the Romani people (in the 1500's the English thought the Romani people came from Egypt so called them G*psy, and by the 1600's the word was used pejoratively to describe deceitful people). Calling someone G*psy is like calling a Native American "Indian:" Some chose to self-identify that way, but you shouldn't use it. And saying you were g*pped is like saying someone is an "Indian giver," you should never use it because it's offensive and a hold over from the English using their names for the non-English in a pejorative way to describe cheating and deceitfulness.
It's one of those words that is offensive without most people even realizing, so I always call it out when I hear it used.
