    I worked for Amazon part time for about three years in total. The good : payments always on time, great softwares, good managers. The bad : constant surveillance, no job safety, hard to get hours.

    Amazon flex just re opened for new drivers in my market and applied right away! I also drive for spark so between doing the $18 hour jobs with Amazon flex and spark both high paying I know I can now make between $150-200 a day easy in my market 😊

      If you want to get into the game you must adapt and use bots. Do not let the Amazon threat of being deactivated if caught keep you from banking. It's obvious they are clearly not deactivating anyone because it is impossible to be caught by Amazon. They can suspect but they will never have 100% conclusive proof of anyone using block catchers.

    Thank you so much for sharing such a useful video! I'm just curious about one quick question. Whether it must deliver packages by their order number, or can you deliver in another order like 1-3-2 if it's quicker than 1-2-3?

    • @SideGigGuy
      @SideGigGuy  Před 5 měsíci

      Great question. Yes, you can drop the packages in any order. If you skip the sequence in the app itinerary, you just need to tell the app (in the itinerary) that you are navigating to drop X. Amazon will try to route you in a circle, so sometimes it is easier to improvise based on roads, traffic, etc.

      You don’t know in advance. It’s like a box of chocolate, you never know if it will be easy or hard. Or how many packages, or how far you will drive. The Amazon logistics is pretty good about the time estimate. I finish early more often than late. Good luck. If you get a bad run first time out, try again. Bad blocks happen, but they are random.

    In going to give you guys a secret... there's multiple reasons why you're not seeing the blocks. One being the amazon employees. They like to hook up their own people and screw up the entire process. Two... people are using bots. How do i know? I used one before. I got tired of being beat out so i got one. Then boom... i get a block paying $150 for 3 hours. And three... you have to know their schedule when they post blocks. I'm available all day so o usually start checking around 12pm to 2pm. That's if i don't have one reserved. If i do, i finish it fast so i can catch the next wave around 6:30. Guaranteed $120 a day and i do it 7 days a week. 😆

    • @SideGigGuy
      @SideGigGuy  Před rokem +3

      There have been a lot of comments about the bots on this thread. And well, I won’t confirm or deny if I use one, everything that has been said it’s pretty much true. If you really wanna get the good blocks, you have to cheat and use a bot. It is nearly impossible to get them manually, but not completely impossible. And of course it’s against the rules, but probably very hard to detect. Thanks for commenting I really appreciate it.

It worries me when I see states like New York and California pushing for employee status. Becoming an employee means you are a lot more beholden to your employer, then as an independent contractor. as an employee, there would probably be a lot more expectations and responsibilities, and I don’t want that anymore. I’m perfectly fine being my own boss. However, there is your side as well that we don’t get paid much and we don’t get any benefits. All we have is freedom.

    Why lithia spring pays better than other warehouses

    • @SideGigGuy
      @SideGigGuy  Před 11 měsíci

      Good question. A big part is volume. A smaller part is the economy of Atlanta. But one part is the drivers have gamed their systems. They don’t take a lower base and they will encourage other drivers not to. There will always be drivers who settle for 18, but this warehouse pushes out hundreds of runs a day. So they have to have surge payments. They also overbook a lot. So sometimes drivers leave with no route and still get paid.
