Yes!! Love seeing designers promote InDesign. Tends to be a topic of disagreement with fellow designers because of the learning curve. But it's a great Adobe tool!! I love how well it prepares photoshop and Illustrator documents for print. Thanks for all the great advice. Subscribed!!

You can use shiny sealant! They're at many craft stores, you can buy sprays or more of paint, like Liquitex gloss varnish, I would personally recommend a spray sealant.

I was wondering if you knew whether or not it would be okay to make tarot cards based off of a book, like if i wanted to use quotes from the book on each card..? I'd make them for distribution. Would there be copyright issues, or maybe theres a way i can get by just citing the book..thank u
Good question - I asked my lawyer and she said "it depends" so was that helpful? Probably not but it basically means you need to create the cards and then have a lawyer review them for you. XO Lisa

Great question - printing in the UK is so ungodly expensive, I'd print it in the US and then ship it over to the UK. Alright - maybe that's extreme but I've had a few students in. Planner Academy ask me for UK based printers and they're so crazy overpriced, I don't know how anyone could possibly ever make a profit. It's like they're all priced for commercial Fortune 500 brands that have unlimited printing budgets. XO Lisa

I loved your video :) I have an oracle card deck in the works- I’ve drawn all of the designs for each card, and an image for the backs of the cards, just need to finish up some wording etc and an instructional card. I have the Affinity programs- I wonder if I could set up a template in there for my card deck? Hmm 🤔
i personally have a deck of cards from this game that don’t have rounded corners, but instead they have slanted corners like this: /-----\ | | | | | | \ -----/ so is that okay? i’m really drawn to those cards.
It will be so helpful if you show step by step I have a circuit machine n I'm lost on where to start how to use it what program to use how to work it what to click on in the computer how to look for the design overwhelmed
im sure Im late but this video would have been great if you had examples becauseyou are giving alot of info but anyone still has to go figure out what all this means. In the sense you still have to go figure everythng out through trial eror research.

Ive used 3x5 index card stuck them in a printer and printed on them then punched out the corners
the ones I made for my personal use.
