I think Raiden was also referencing the 2003 episode where the Turtles were in the future and hunted down until Mikey was left.

Seems like Mikey is back to being the fav turtle. When the cartoon first came out, most people liked Michelangelo the best. Then when the 1st movie came out, most people switched to Raphael.
Been more of a Donnie fan but after him? Mikey out beats the hot head and leader :P my only complaint with Mike is way too silly but then again thats how hes supposed to be, the Party Animal XP
