  • The construction of the 19th museum of the Smithsonian Institution, The National Museum of African American History & Culture, was documented by EarthCam's Gigapixel construction camera. The work of lead designer David Adjaye, lead architect Philip Freelon, and their architectural team Freelon Adjaye Bond/SmithGroup can be enjoyed in this 106 second video showing 52 months of construction.

    Well, this still leaves 3 more corner lots/spots still around the Washington Monument, so how about an Asian, Hispanic, & European-American museum, next, as well.

      Is this your version of all lives matter? That made sense because those others were tortured in the same way so they deserved it right?

      European-American history and culture is everywhere in the USA, as for Asian and hispanic those are not American in any way shape or form, they are immigrants.American culture is defined by a mix of European and African cultures. Asians and Hispanics usually speak a second language as they mother tongue and therefore have a direct connection with their place of origin, i know its now very pc to say this, but its the truth. The slaves and the settlers dont have a place to go back to, as they do not have that direct link to their place of origin, which makes them true Americans if there is such a thing ( i know i did not include the native people of the land, thats another topic) :D
