He may not be the best street cook. The dish may not taste as good as it looks, but I see he put his heart to every dish he plated. That's passion and satisfaction. To the chef, 5 stars.
I remember when I was in KL 6 years ago. I always pass by this restaurant, never bother to stop by because of the price and the look of most of its customers are made up of office folks(made you feel like you need to work in bank or some big corp to eat there). Should've tried but it is KL, you never ran out of places to find something good to eat. Great video tho.

This sang har not so big but they add other ingredients lettuce n pork slice ok ho liao two likes 😢😊
大叔煎/煸,米粉,面有一手, 双手灵活.

看他掌锅是有功夫的 一种时间累积的功力 绝不是乱炒乱煮 火候的控制力很到家 一般的人如果用这种火 食物应该很快焦了

Texture and everything is acceptable, but this kind of price not worth it, you can cook yourself using real fresh ingredients, the outcome will be just as good...
Used to patronise the place quite a fair bit 35 years ago. On a recent trip back to M'sia, went there for the sake of 'walking down memory lane'. Alas, they now serve crap. We were probably unlucky, having one of their foreign helpers (I wouldn't even call them 'cooks') dishing out our orders. Best thing they could do now is to change the shop's name to Myanmar Sang Har Mee

Tried there two or three years ago. Food overpriced and the sang har noodle tastes bland

You can try order Ying Yong rm10+ per person. Without sang har. Sang har is river prawn and it is very expensive in KL, i am not sure about other state. To me it is the same as normal prawn. Worth trying his "kung fu" for yin yong 😂😂😂
naw....street food are as safe as any other food as long as it's hot....ask Anthony Bourdain....he actually got sick after eating hotel food and he said he never got sick eating street food...

hi..am from Brunei and 25 years ago going there with my fiancee and have sang kee"sang har mee" & paper wraps chix intro by a old taxi guy.. The chief cook was abit unfriendly.... its taste very nice but pricey compare to my country.... 10 years ago going there with my wife after bour plane just landed and it taste so-so only and cost vey expensive for a plate of sang har mee and the service is worst...3 years ago i went there with my wife and kids to show our kids the place and it was like deserted place and very dark and dirty u can see cochroach and mouse wandering around... the chef cook no longer there cooking and the foods taste terrible...bye bye sang kee
alot of street food in kl kena spoit by the rich who do not mind paying $$$, after all they already spend so much on the coffee,wine.....

Very expensive, a simple wat tan hor costs RM12. The place is run down and looks dirty too. So not justifiable to charge this price. Maybe rich guys and tourists don't mind paying so much

前几年去了被砍菜头。價錢特貴,我要求發票。但發給我的只是一張乱写的價格完全不合理。还是不吃這家才不受气。
生蝦面一盤两人份,RM 136,太貴了,老板娘說一条蝦68元,下回不来了。
果然是这间!时常被人投訴把刀很利的!砍人不见血!

煮食煮食,不是煮了就可以食入肚。食火不足暖不了肚也窝不了心。识食的人就知道食物进肚暖肚暖心的重要。油、盐和糖配合到某一个热点的时候产生的幸福感就像恋爱的那种化学反应,这就是现代人不懂食的意义。就如学毛笔字可以修身养性可以对精神病有帮助。
真正会吃的人很少会有外遇的问题,有外遇问题的人一定不懂“食”的意义。

Was there yesterday. A single pax prawn noddles costs me RM 49 . This is way too high and the taste is lousy .noodles are soggy and too watery.

Yap FM rm49 for a sang har noodle is not expensive, in fact i think it is cheaper then other shop. Normally is lookimg at rm80+ per person. It is the prawn that is expensive. That why i.never order shang har, just order yin yong without sang har will do😁

Chaotic is the word I would describe the "cook". The prawn are way too overcooked and ruined. I would not eat the end results.

If you're going out to eat and expect cheap food bring your own food, you'll be better off eating on the sidewalk, or park if there's one available. That's odd when seeing people looking for the cheapest food in restaurants and bargaining for the price. My best advice, if you don't have money to pay for the food stay home. Cheap bastards!
