It's been a long time since I rode Apollo's Chariot, but honestly, I consider it the least impressive coaster in the park. It is essentially just a bunch of steep hills. The main "thrill" is the first drop, which almost seems like 90 degrees down vertically when you experience it (but actually isn't), but after that this is just a fast ride of rising up and down lesser hills. No loops. No corkscrews. It is not suspended, etc. I am not saying it is a bad coaster, but if you are intent to ride every coast at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, this one should be at the bottom of your list. There are way better coasters at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Of course, this is just my .02.
tbf most hypers don’t invert so that makes sense, but also, why would a suspended be that tall? it’s possible but no one would really ride it if i’m being honest
@@Not_SWAYXE The people who I went on it with seemed to really enjoy the ride, but they were from out of town and hadn't been on any of the other coasters yes (except Nessie, if I remember). Just my opinion anyhow. To each his own.
@@X_Canine I will if I ever get there! I drive by the place every time I head up to NOVA but have never actually been. And it is only like an hour and 15 minutes away if traffic is good so I have no excuse.
One of those old hypers i would love to ride
Looks like great airtime on the first two hills!
Looks like a nice ride!
Apollo was a gigacoaster before they made gigacoasters
hypercoaster?

you should go on I305 at kings dominion, that thing is INTENSE!
It’s a back row ride all day. Not much airtime to be had up front.

Tempesto being plopped there ruins much of the majesty of the Charriot. I wish tempesto would be gone.
It’s an ok coaster, it needed a few inversions.
