I understand VAR being too expensive ti invest in the women's game but goal line technology should be a given. Chelsea scored soon after, and probably would have in the game. But had it been on Spurs or even a weaker side that would have mattered considerably. It's a shame, though, for a growing league to still lack basic things.
@@souixdsthe problem isn’t the main stadiums - it’s the other grounds. You can’t have some league matches with VAR, some with goal line, some with neither. All games have to be played under the same conditions. The problem is the smaller grounds don’t have the tech for goal line and the FA haven’t put the investment in to sort it out. Basically, it isn’t a matter of “they’re at the main stadium so why didn’t the use it?” - they can’t use it because the west ham vs city game and Everton Vs Brighton game didn’t have it at the stadiums they were playing in. All the games have to have it or none of the games have it - those are the two options.
@@goldboy150 I agree that it should be fair throughout I just didn't realise that the smaller stadia didn't have the goal line technology. I was under the impression that it was only VAR not being available for the women's games generally. You know you watch the games and never notice how important it is but I guess because this was so blatant that the ball had crossed the line it brings it to light.
For Goodness Sake Commentators Please STOP Making Such A Fuss When JAMES Touches The Ball Don`t Forget The Rest Of The CHELSEA Players Who Also Can Score Goals, Reiten Is A Damn Good Scorer
James is exceptional that's why. She's very dangerous on offence that's why even the crowd gets riled up when she touches the ball. It's a testament of her ability in this competition
Seeing Emma’s face during the minute of silence was so sad because she was probably also thinking about her father who lost just days before the game ❤ my thoughts are both Emma’s family and Maddy Cusack’s family
Keep it up
Thanks for upload 👏
Thanks for the upload my lovely channel
Thanks ALEX

They are playing in the main stadium and they do have a goal line technology they just choose not to use it that is whoever is in charge of the wsl
@user-cn1yd1oo1x that is what confused me with it. I know they would have it there so I didn't understand why they didn't at least have that

The 2 Laurens ,James and Hemp will be formidable for the Lionesses when they can coordinate.
