Note on those tiny Avon lipstick samples: I know they had them up into the 80s at least. They were happy to let you wear something a while to see how it worked for you. Also, pink elephants: seeing pink elephants is a phrase meaning to be very drunk. Of all your things, I think that one is my favorite.
The pink elephants and cocktail glass compact, seemingly if you get too drunk you see pink elephants, I think that is why they are both on the compact!
