So many people in the comments seemed to miss the part where she talked about what she does with the stuff she gets rid of. If you did, she gives non expired stuff to friends and family and donates what’s left over to women’s shelters. She also does PR giveaways and has mentioned that she cuts off brands to reduce the amount of PR she receives.

I feel like you need a specific drawer for keepsakes that you aren’t actually gonna use so this way you don’t have to constantly go through them when you do clean outs but also so you free up some space. It would be cool to display them somehow too so you actually can see them and not just have them in a drawer
I was going to suggest the same thing. Then she could do a video on why the pieces are special or sentimental.

Maybe you can use your empty drawer as your sentimental/makeup memories drawer! That way the old/expired products aren’t mixed in with your current collection. Love these declutters so much!

@@kathleenhutchings3854 As much as I love the satisfaction of watching her throw out so much and organizing, even the stuff she keeps seems like so much to me. I'll admit I'm something of a minimalist at heart, I own literally 1 foundation, 1 mascara, 1 concealer, etc., but I just can't imagine even as a beauty influencer how one person could ever need so much product. It feels wasteful to me, I know it gets sent to her so it's not like she's out buying makeup in bulk, but still, it feels hard to watch sometimes.

@@michaels621 cleaning isn’t hard, for most people. I’m talking about the filming, all the camera set ups, the hours worth of filming that had to be edited, etc

Pretty sure she’s sent most of this. As are many other influencers. Maybe you could go harass the brands individually about their carbon footprint and leave this poor girl alone.

Maybe a fun idea would be to do a monthly rotation video or TikTok? Grab a basket and film yourself taking the makeup that stays on your desk and change them out! I would love to see what makeup you have and changeout with reviews.

You should have a "used" and "unused" drawer for each category (or dividers) so you can move things over once you start using them. That would make a declutter easier cause you could donate unused stuff and know what is what. I don't have much makeup but I keep used and unused separate so I'm not opening too many things at once.
How amazing it is to be blessed so much with all they products and I bet it feels amazing just to organise. I've never saw so much products just for 1 person but we'll done it's good to have a clear out, I just wished I lived near you ❤❤

Cleaning out drawers of stuff is SO SATISFYING. It's literally my favorite thing to do when I'm at home (sadly, I also do it to postpone work I just don't feel like doing and still feel productive, gotta work on that 😅)

I made a memorybox , also put two old crusty Britney perfumes in there.
Also decluttered 70% while moving to a new house and it feels sooo good. Went from 40 to 20 perfumes and 2 small makeup drawers. 1 for dailies and 1 party drawer.

I love your declutter videos . I get so much done while watching them .I cooked dinner ,put away laundry ,vacuumed,cleaned my whole house pretty much .
This makes me want to be minimalist and only own one or two of each necessary product. Using the makeup and enjoying the result when it's worn has become more important than acquiring.
Same for me idk how but I got a high self control when it comes to makeup
I have over 100 palettes and yes it gets overwhelming. You feel like you need to use it all and have to wear makeup every day in an attempt to hit pan. It can get stressful if you give into every impulse buy. I've slowed down bit back in the day it was all buying.

Girl...No One Needs That Much Mackup...Why don't you donate it all to a woman's shelter...Some weman that have been abused have to leave their home quickly and don't have time to grab makeup...clothes and such. They could really use the makeup...Its a donation they would love and maybe it would make them feel better about themselves in such a difficult time. ~~God Bless~~
